道路建设对林区环境影响的评价

Evaluation on the Impact of Road Construction upon Forest Environment

  • 摘要: 从生态环境、社会环境、环境噪声和环境空气4个维度构建道路建设对林区环境影响的评价指标体系,应用模糊数学理论建立模糊数学综合评判模型,评价云南澜沧江上游沿江公路“白济汛—岩瓦”段道路建设对林区环境的影响程度。结果表明,道路建设对该林区环境产生中等程度影响,与该区域所处环境基本一致,针对敏感因子,提出林区环境保护措施。

     

    Abstract: The evaluation index system, which might help evaluate the impact of road construction on forest environment was built with four dimensions of ecological environment, social environment, ambient noise and ambient air quality. A comprehensive Fuzzy mathematical evaluation model was framed based on Fuzzy mathematical theory and that was applied to evaluate the influence of the road building of "Baijixun-Yanwa" upstream section of the highway along the Lancang River in Yunnan Province upon the environment in the forest area. The results showed that the road construction had middle level impact on the local forest environment, which was basically in the same level as the regional environment. Some countermeasures were put forward according to the sensitive factors to protect the forest environment.
