菌根真菌对春石斛幼苗生长发育的影响

Effects of Mycorrhizal Fungi on Growth and Development of Dendrobium nobile type Seedlings

  • 摘要: 在盆栽条件下,采用不同菌种、接菌时间和剂量的菌剂对春石斛进行接种试验,观察幼苗生长发育情况,结果表明:接菌苗的营养根重分离获得原接种菌株,接菌苗的平均鲜质量增长量与对照相比均有不同程度的提高;通过对植株形态指标进行主成分分析并构建综合评价模型,筛选出促进春石斛幼苗生长的菌剂处理组合为:菌株3,接菌剂量为200mL/L,接菌时间为15 d/次。

     

    Abstract: A test was conducted to inoculate different strains of endogenic fungi into the roots of potgrown Dendrobium nobile type seedlings with different inoculation time and different inoculation dosage of the fungi. The growth and development of the inoculated seedlings were observed afterwards. The results showed that the original fungal strains were isolated from the nutritious roots after having been inoculated, the increment rate of fresh weight of the inoculated seedlings were generally larger than those of the controls to some extent. The principal components analysis was applied to build the comprehensive evaluation model with morphological indices of the seedlings, the optimal treatment combination was screened to enhance the growth of the seedlings, i.e., strain 3# with 200 mL/L of inoculation dosage, the inoculation time was 15 days.
