思茅松嫩枝扦插育苗技术研究

Sapling Breeding of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis by Softwood Cuttage

  • 摘要: 从影响思茅松扦插生根的内因、外因和内外因相互作用等方面开展研究,应用对比分析、方差分析和多重比较寻找适合思茅松扦插的基质种类、植物生长调节剂浓度、穗条年龄和长度及扦插时间等,结果表明:思茅松基本属于愈伤组织生根型;8~10cm长的穗条是嫩枝扦插较为合适的长度;扦插繁殖存在明显的年龄效应,1年生嫩枝的扦插生根率明显高于2年生母株上的嫩枝;嫩枝扦插以山地红壤较好。

     

    Abstract: The comparative analysis, variance analysis and multiple comparisons were applied to find out the right combinations of the matrix, type of plant growth regulators and their concentration, age of the cuttings as well as the time to conduct the cuttage propagation for Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis in order to explore the internal, external factors that influence upon cuttage rooting of the tree species, and the interactions between the internal and external factors. The results showed that Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis belonged to callus rooting type plant species. The appropriate length of the softwood cutting was 8-10cm. There was an obvious age effect for the cuttage propagation for Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis, the rooting rate of oneyearold cuttings was significantly higher than that of twoyearold ones. It was showed by the experiment that the ordinary mountainous red soil was the ideal substrate for cuttage propagation of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis with softwood cuttings.
