高黎贡山赧亢白眉长臂猿春秋季主要食物营养成分比较

Nutritional Comparison on Main Food of Hoolock Gibbon (Hoolock hoolock) in Spring and Autumn at Nankang, Gaoligong Mountain

  • 摘要: 以高黎贡山赧亢白眉长臂猿春、秋两季食物样本为研究对象,采用凯氏定氮法和油重法等方法,测定风干样本的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、钙和总磷等成分,比较不同取食部位食物间及春、秋季节间不同食物类型营养成分的差异,并对春、秋季的采食数据进行相关性检验。春、秋两季野外各采集13种白眉长臂猿的食物,春季包括植物茎1种,果实4种,植物嫩叶8种;秋季包括花1种,种子2种,果实和嫩叶各5种;2个季节白眉长臂猿共同取食的植物仅有丝线吊芙蓉。结果表明,白眉长臂猿春、秋季食物种类组成差异较大,但除嫩叶粗蛋白含量(P=0016)和果实的钙(P=0003)及总磷(P=0010)含量有显著性差异外,其他测定组分间均无显著差异(P>005)。

     

    Abstract: The study deals with the food samples of Hoolock gibbon collected from Nankang,Gaoligong Moutain in spring and autumn. Components of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, Ca and total P in samples are determined through the Kai method, acidbase method. Nutritional differences in different food and different food types between spring and autumn are compared through SPSS 16.0 software and tested the correlation nutritional data. Thirteen plant species have been respectively collected in spring and autumn. One species of stem, 4 species of fruits and 8 species of leaves are included in spring. While 1 species of seed, 2 species of flowers, 5 species of fruits and 5 species of leaves are included in autumn. Species composition of food is different between spring and autumn. Only Rhododendron moulmainense is the common shared food species in spring and autumn. Results show that, there are significant difference in crude protein content (P=0016) between leaves and fruit in Ca (P=0003) and total P (P=0010) in spring and autumn. The other food nutrients have no significant difference between spring and autumn (P>005).
