Abstract: In the light of the characteristics of the structure and material properties of the modern lightframe wooden buildings, the relevant decoration technologies were put forward, which were quite different from those for the traditional brickconcrete building decoration. The technologies for the lightframe buildings decoration, for the floor surface decoration, for water and moisture proof and acoustical isolation in the decoration were described in details. All this might provide the decoration technology development for the modern lightframe wooden buildings in China with references.
