云南松多聚原花青素降解产物抗氧化活性研究

Study on Antioxidantive Activity of Depolymerization Product from Polymer Proanidins of Pinus yunnanensis

  • 摘要: 通过对抗脂质过氧化作用、还原能力、DPPH·自由基和羟基自由基清除率的测定,研究云南松多聚原花青素降解产物的抗氧化活性,结果表明:云南松多聚原花青素降解产物具有明显的抗脂质过氧化能力,其还原能力与合成抗氧化剂BHT相近;对DPPH·自由基和羟基自由基的半抑制浓度IC50值分别为232mg/mL和154mg/mL,而BHT对两者的IC50值分别为300mg/mL和181mg/mL,说明云南松多聚原花青素降解产物具有很强的自由基清除能力,且该清除作用与样品浓度存在一定的量效关系。

     

    Abstract: The antioxidantive activity of polymers proanidins depolymerization product of Pinus yunnanensis was studied by analyzing the POV value, reductive ability, the clearance rate of DPPH and hydroxyl free radical. The results showed that the antioxidantive activity of polymers proanidins depolymerization product of P. yunnanensis was obvious, whose IC50 was 2.32 mg/mL for DPPH· and 154 mg/mL for ·OH, while the IC50 value of BHT was 300 mg/mL for DPPH and 1.81mg/mL for ·OH respectively, indicating that the DPPH· and ·OH elimination capability and the reductive ability of the depolymerization product from polymer proanidins of P. yunnanensis was similar to that of BHT. The study showed there was a relationship between the DPPH· and ·OH elimination capability and the sample concentration.
