Abstract: Global climate change is one of the focuses of the international issues. The width change of the tree yearly ring has been widely applied to the studies on global climate change. The relationship between the yearly ring width and temperature, precipitation and the other climatic factors were reviewed to provide the further research of the effects of climate change on forest productivity with scientific references.
