超干处理和人工老化对金钱松种子生理生化特性的影响

Effect of Ultradry Treatment and Artificial Aging on Physiology and Biochemistry of Pseudolarix amabilis Seed

  • 摘要: 以金钱松种子为材料,采用超干燥和人工加速老化的方法处理种子,定期测定其发芽率、活力指数、电导率及其他指标,研究种子劣变的生理生化特性。结果表明:采用室温硅胶干燥法将金钱松种子含水量降至42%不会影响种子的发芽率和活力,但降至33%时,种子发芽率和活力指数均明显下降,种子发生损伤;人工老化过程中,含水量42%~64%的种子电导率增加幅度最小,O2·-含量明显低于其他含水量的种子,与其他含水量种子间的差异达到极显著水平;含水量42%~75%的种子MDA含量明显低于未经过超干处理的种子,差异达到显著水平;吸胀萌发前,含水量较高的种子抗氧化酶活性较高,且在人工老化过程中的变化幅度较大。

     

    Abstract: Being treated by ultradrying and other artificial aging measures, the physiological and biochemical indexes including seed germination percentage, vigor index, conductivity etc. were determined to study the deterioration process of Pseudolarix amabilis seeds. The results indicated that the germination rate and the seed vigor were not impacted when the seed moisture content declined to 4.2% by ultradrying treatment with silicone at room temperature, while these two indexes would drop obviously and the seeds would be hurt severely when the seed moisture content declined to 3.3%. During the course of artificial aging, the seed conductivity did not increase much when the moisture content was between 4.2%-6.4%, whereas the O2·- content was significantly lower than that of measured with other moisture content. MDA content of the seeds with 4.2%-7.5% of moisture content was significantly lower than that of the seeds which were not treated by ultradrying measures. Seeds with higher moisture content had higher antioxidase activity and a larger variation amplitude during the artificial aging course before imbibition germination.
