树头菜无性系扦插生根效果比较

Comparative Study on Rooting Effect by Clonal Cuttings of Crateva unilocularis

  • 摘要: 用树头菜11个无性系1年生穗条进行扦插试验,结果表明:树头菜无性系扦插生根兼有皮孔生根和愈伤组织生根2种类型;树头菜无性系生根能力(根系效果指数REI)与生根率成正相关关系,11个无性系间扦插生根率差异显著,以SP10最优,SP7其次,SP6最差;不同无性系生根苗间在不定根数量上存在极显著差异,在不定根平均长度、叶片数上差异不显著;不定根数量与不定根平均长度间、不定根数量与叶片数间均存在极显著正相关关系;综合分析,筛选出SP10为11个树头菜无性系中的优良单株。

     

    Abstract: One year old cuttings of 11 Crateva unilocularis clones were applied to the cuttage experiment. The results showed that the tested clones expressed both cortex rooting and callus rooting ability, although the former was the major rooting type and the latter type occasionally occurred together with the former rooting type. The experiment showed that the rooting efficiency index (REI) of the 11 C. unilocularis clones was positively correlated with the rooting rate. There was significant difference in the rooting rate among the 11 clones, the rooting rate of the clone SP10 was the highest, followed by clone SP7, while the clone SP6 had the lowest rooting rate. The average rooting number was significantly different among the clones, but there were no significant differences in the average root length, nor in the leaf number on the shoots. Both the average root length and the leaf number were significantly and positively correlated to the rooting number. Clone SP10 was screened out as a superior individual.
