聚乙二醇中竹粉液化的工艺研究

Study on Liquefaction Technology of Bamboo Powder in the Dolyethylene Glycol

  • 摘要: 以聚乙二醇400为液化试剂,研究竹材残料的多元醇液化工艺,结果表明,竹粉在液固比为3∶1,温度为150℃,浓硫酸量为6%,采用竹粉逐步加入的方式,液化2h的条件下,液化率可达9833%。所得液化多元醇的羟值为152 ~244mg KOH/g,能满足中强度硬质聚氨酯泡沫的要求。

     

    Abstract: The liquefaction technology of bamboo powder was studied by taking dolyethylene glycol 400 as the solvent. The results showed that the liquefaction rate could reach 98.3% when the liquidsolid ratio was 3∶1, the dosage of concentrated sulphuric acid was 6%, the bamboo powder was input gradually and the reaction took 2h at 150℃. Under the above condition, the hydroxyl value of the liquefied polyol ranged from 152mg KOH/g to 244mg KOH/g, which was suitable for the preparation of hemihorniness foam.
