α-甲基丙烯酸接枝聚丙烯工艺对复合板性能的影响

Effect of αMethylacrylic Acid Grafting Technology on Properties of Wood ParticlePlastic Composite

  • 摘要: 利用α-甲基丙烯酸在不同添加比例和不同处理时间条件下对聚丙烯进行固相接枝,以改善木塑复合材的综合性能。研究复合材料的各项物理力学性能发现:当α-甲基丙烯酸添加比例为8%和10%时,随着处理时间的增加,板材的吸水厚度膨胀率明显改善,板材力学性能各项指标呈增大趋势;当α-甲基丙烯酸添加比例为12%时,随着处理时间的增加,板材力学性能各项指标有减小趋势。综合对比得出:α-甲基丙烯酸处理聚丙烯的优化工艺条件为:温度85℃,α-甲基丙烯酸水溶液浓度12%,处理时间1.5h。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the properties of particleplastic composite (PPC), αMethylacrylic acid was used to graft PP by solid state grafting polymerization, and the influences of the appending proportion and treatment time on the physical and mechanical properties of wood PPC particleboard were investigated. The results showed that when the ratio of αMethylacrylic acid was 8% or 10%, along with the increment of treating duration, the mechanical properties of the PPC were improved and the thickness swelling was decreased. While the αMethylacrylic acid ratio was increased to 12%, the mechanical properties were decreased gradually with the increment of treating duration. The comprehensive comparison indicated that the optimal technology was under the conditions of the temperature at 85℃, with 12% of αMethylacrylic acid concentration and 1.5hrs as the treatment duration.
