Research Advance in Difference Detection of Novel Tree Cultivars

  • 摘要: 在综述国内外相关研究进展的基础上,介绍不同分子标记在植物新品种特异性检测效率方面的差异,并提出比较适用于林木新品种特异性检测的标记技术。

     

    Abstract: The efficiency of specific difference detection methods on novel plant cultivars with different molecular markers was analyzed based on the review of the relevant research achievements in both China and in the world, and the marker technique suitable for the difference detection of new tree cultivars was proposed in this paper.
