植物原色浸制标本制作新方法

New Method for Specimen Preparation with Original Colors

  • 摘要: 目前浸制标本制作多为单色保存法,通过对以往植物原色浸制标本制作方法的对比分析,找出1种可保存多种植物颜色的新型植物多色浸制保存液(AB液),其中A液为固定液,B液为保存液。研究发现,与常规配方相比,此保存液制作的植物标本可较好地保存各种植物颜色,且可避免使用有毒物质甲醛,而改用大蒜汁替代

     

    Abstract: The present soaked specimen are almost all kept with single color. A novel method that could preserve the soaked plant specimen with original multiple colors was screened through comparative experiments with the traditional specimen preparation method. The new method to preserve the soaked plant specimen with original multiple colors included two types of solutions, i.e., solution A and solution B. The solution A is the fixing liquid while the solution B is the preserving liquid. Compared with the conventional formula, the plant specimen prepared with the new method could keep the original colors of the plants pretty well, which could avoid suing the poisonous materials as formaldehyde by replacing the poisonous component with garlic juice in the new formula.
