不同种源蒙古栎在3种生长条件下的综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Different Quercus mongolica Provenances Under Three Types of Growth Conditions

  • 摘要: 试验选用蒙古栎的5个种源,分3种处理,通过形态指标和生理指标的采集,对不同种源的生长和生理特征进行研究。结果表明:5个种源间生物量、地径、叶片数、单叶面积、气孔密度、气孔大小等形态性状差异显著或极显著,Pn、Yield和qN等生理特征差异也达显著水平。各种源中J种源生物量最大,达1637g;B种源最小,为1146g。处理2最有利于幼苗生长和干物质积累,其生物量比最小值处理3的大22%;但处理3苗高最大,说明光照对蒙古栎生物量的增加影响较大,但弱光可能诱导了幼苗叶片数和苗高的增加。处理间差异表明,蒙古栎生长除了受遗传物质控制之外,与环境条件存在明显的互作。5个种源的综合评价结果为:J>P>S>B>H,总的来说蒙古栎遗传资源丰富,J种源具备较大的推广利用价值。

     

    Abstract: The growth traits and physiological properties of 5 provenances of Quercus mongolica were studied with 3 treatments in the comparative experiments. The results showed that there were significant or extremely significant differences in biomass per plant, basal diameter, leaf number, single leaf area, stomatal density, stomatal size and other morphological characteristics, and there were also significant differences in Pn, Yield, qN and other physiological features among the 5 provenances. The biomass of provenance J was the largest that reached 16.37g per plant, while the biomass of provenance B was the least as 11.46g per plant. The Treatment No. 2 was the most beneficial to seedling growth and dry matter accumulation, the average biomass produced under this treatment was 22% higher than that of produced under Treatment No.3. However, the seedling height obtained under Treatment No. 3 with less light condition was the largest, indicating that the weaker solar radiation might promote the height growth. The differences in growth indexes among the treatments showed that the growth of Q. mongolica was not only controlled by the genetic material but it was also obviously interacted with environmental conditions. The comprehensive evaluation on the 5 provenances was J>P>S>B>H. The study indicated that there were very rich genetic resources of Q. mongolica, and the provenance J was of greater value to be extended than the others.
