槽枝衣与其变形的化学成分分析与比较

Comparative Analyses on Chemical Composition of Sulcaria sulcata and Sulcaria sulcata f. vulpinoides

  • 摘要: 从槽枝衣石油醚提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别为赤星衣酸乙酯 (1);(22E,24R)-5α,8α-过氧麦角甾- 6,9(11),22-三烯-3β-醇 (2);2-甲氧基茶痂衣酸(3);橄榄陶酸(4);β-苔黑酚羧酸甲酯(5);维任西酸(6);黑茶渍素(7);苔黑醛(8);赤星衣酸甲酯(9)。从槽枝衣黄枝变形甲醇提取物中分离得到1个纯化合物:茶痂衣酸(10)。用分离得到的化合物作对照,与槽枝衣和槽枝衣黄枝变形样品各10份进行TLC检测,确定二者的特征性化学成分以及化学成分上的主要差异。

     

    Abstract: By means of constructing the structures by spectroscopic methods and comparing with literature, nine compounds were isolated from petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extraction of Sulcaria sulcata, using different chromatography isolation methods. The nine compounds were as follows: ethyl haematommate (1); 5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)- ergosta- 6,9(11), 22-trien-3β-ol (2); 2-methoxypsoromic acid (3); olivetoric acid (4); methyl β-orsellinatel (5); virensic acid (6); atranorin (7); atranol (8); and methyl haematommate (9). One pure compound was isolated from methanol extraction of S. sulcata f. vulpinoides, which was identified as psoromic acid (10); Taking the compounds isolated from the two different species as control, the typical chemical composition of these compounds and the main differences in chemical composition of the compounds extracted from S. sulcata and S. sulcata f. vulpinoides were determined by testing 10 samples individually with TLC methodology.
