蜜环菌与菌材不同组合对昭通乌天麻种子萌发及生长的影响

Influence of ‘Armillaria mellea-Fungal Log’ Combination on SeedGermination and Growth of Zhaotong Gastrodia elata

  • 摘要: 蜜环菌-菌材的适宜组合是保证昭通乌天麻高产的关键,为获得优质高产的“菌-材”天麻栽培组合,选取1株萌发菌、2种菌材、7株昭通本地蜜环菌和1株外地蜜环菌与乌天麻进行组合栽培,测定天麻种子的萌发状况及产量与数量。结果显示:天麻种子的萌发效果不仅与萌发菌有关,还与蜜环菌有关,与SNA04菌株组合时萌发率最高。除“菌材Ⅱ-SNA11”组合外,其余组合中,菌材Ⅱ(西南桦)发菌拌栽天麻的效果明显好于菌材Ⅰ(十齿花)。

     

    Abstract: The suitable combination of Armillaria mellea strain and fungal log is the key measure to ensure the high yield of Gastrodia elata. In order to screen out the right combination for high yield with superior quality of Gastrodia elata, 1 germination strains, 2 species of fungal logs, 7 strains of Armillaria mellea collected from local place in Zhaotong, and 1 exotic strain of A. mellea were selected and experimentally cocultivated with Gastrodia elata. The germination of G. elata seeds, and the yield and quantity of G. elata were determined separately in the cultivation experiment. The results showed that the seed germination of G. elata was not only influenced by the germination strain, but also related to the strain of Armillaria mellea, and the highest germination rate was got by the combination of SNA04. Except for the ‘fungal logⅡ- SNA11’ combination, all other combinations of fungal logⅡ (Betula alnoides) inoculated Armillaria mellea could grow Gastrodia elata with significantly higher yield and better quantity than those combinations of fungal logⅠ(Dipentodon sinicus) with the same Armillaria mellea strains.
