Abstract:
Ecofriendly fiberboard was made by highspeed mixing and hot pressing technical route with wood fibers and modified industrial lignin as basic raw material. The results of orthogonal tests and single factor tests showed that the physical and mechanical properties of the products were influenced to a certain degree by the filler amount, and the moisture content of slab, hot pressing time duration, and the hot pressing temperature. The optimal parameters obtained were 25% of oxidation modified ammonium lignosulfonate as the filling dosage, with 20% of mat moisture content, the raw materials were hot pressed for 7 min at 170℃, respectively. The mechanical properties of the material made under these processing parameters met the requirements of national standard GB/T 11718-2009 for mediumdensity fiberboard.
