不同种源红锥光合特性与水分利用效率变异分析

Variation Analysis on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Water Use Efficiency of 17 Castanopsis hystix Provenances

  • 摘要: 通过测定17个种源红锥叶片的气体交换参数和稳定碳同位素(δ13C),探讨不同种源红锥的光合特性与水分利用效率。结果表明:红锥各种源δ13C值为-32.637‰~-28.290‰,广西东兰、凭祥及容县,云南思茅等种源的δ13C值较高,表明这些种源在该试验条件下具有较高的水分利用效率;各种源长期水分利用效率均低于瞬时值;净光合速率和长期水分利用效率各种源间差异达显著水平,而胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度、蒸腾速率3个指标在各种源间差异均未达显著水平;净光合速率与胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度呈显著或极显著正相关,而与蒸腾速率呈极显著负相关;长期水分利用效率仅与蒸腾速率呈极显著负相关。综合筛选,广西东兰和容县、云南思茅、广东陆河和信宜等种源适应干旱环境的能力较强。

     

    Abstract: The photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency of 17 Castanopsis hystix provenances were studied by measuring the gas exchange and δ13C values of the plant leaves. The results showed that the δ13C values of the 17 provenances varied in a range from -32.637‰ to -28.290‰, among which the δ13C values of the provenances from Donglan County, Pingxiang County and Rongxian County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and the provenance from Pu’er of Yunnan Province were relatively high, indicating that the water use efficiency of these provenances measured under the specific experimental conditions was high. The seasonlong water use efficiency (WUEsl) of all the provenances was lower than the corresponding instant water use efficiency. There were significant or extremely significant difference in the net photosynthesis rate (Pn) and WUEsl among the C. hystix provenances, but the differences in the intercellular CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate indexes among the provenances did not reach significant level. Both photosynthesis rate (Pn) and intercellular CO2 concentration were significantly or extremely significantly and positively correlated with stomatal conductance, whereas extremely significantly and negatively correlated with transpiration rate. The seasonlong water use efficiency (WUEsl) of all the provenances was extremely significantly and negatively correlated with transpiration rate. The comprehensive analyses showed that the provenances from Donglan County and Rongxian County in Guangxi, Pu’er in Yunnan, Luhe County and Xinyi County in Guangdong Province were more drought resistant with higher water use efficiency.
