木本植物中EST-SSR的通用性及其多态性研究

Study on Versatility and Polymorphism of EST-SSR Application to Woody Plants

  • 摘要: 基于表达序列标签(EST)的SSR标记因开发简便、快捷等特点,已在植物研究中得到广泛应用。简要列举木本植物中EST-SSR的可利用性和通用性,重点综述EST-SSR的多态性及其在木本植物遗传多样性评价方面的应用,期望为今后的相关研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The EST (expression sequence tag) based simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers have been widely applied in plant related studies because of the easy and quick development properties. The practicability and versatility of EST-SSR techniques for woody plant species were briefly summarized. The polymorphism of EST-SSR and its application to evaluating the genetic diversity of woody plant species were reviewed to provide the EST-SSR relevant future research with references.
