蛇皮果幼株净光合速率初步研究

Characteristics of Net Photosynthesis Rate of Salacca zalacca Saplings

  • 摘要: 用CIRAS-2光合仪对蛇皮果1年生和2年生幼株的净光合速率进行测定,结果表明:蛇皮果1、2年生幼株以顶端第1片叶的净光合速率最低,第2片叶的最高,此后位置越向下的叶片其净光合速率越低。1年生蛇皮果幼株顶端第2片叶的光合有效辐射的光饱和点和光补偿点分别为1500μmol/(m2·s)和50μmol/(m2·s);净光合速率日变化则为双峰曲线,2个峰值分别在 10:00、 14:00或16:00。

     

    Abstract: Net photosynthesis rate (Pn) of 1-2 years old Salacca zalacca saplings was measured with CIRAS-2 portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that the first top leaf had the lowest Pn value, while the second leaf to the top had a highest Pn value for both 1yr and 2yr S. zalacca saplings. The Pn value decreased gradually from the second leaf to the top toward to the lowest one. The value of saturation PAR and compensation PAR of the second leaf to the top of 1yr old sapling was 1 500 μmol/(m2·s) and 50 μmol/(m2·s) respectively. There were two peaks in the diurnal Pn variation curve during the day time, which occurred at 10 am in the morning and at 2 pm or 4 pm in the afternoon.
