中水灌溉对8种绿地植物光合生理指标的影响

Effects of Reclaimed Water Irrigation on Photosynthetic Physiology of 8 Greenspace Plant Species

  • 摘要: 采用清水、中水/清水、中水3种方式灌溉草地早熟禾、黑麦草、蓝花满天星、金叶女贞、 假连翘、红叶石楠、红花檵木、菖蒲等8种绿地植物,用LI-6400光合性能指标测定仪测定相关光合指标。结果表明:不同植物在不同灌溉方式下光合生理指标的变化有差异;金叶女贞、草地早熟禾、黑麦草3种植物在中水灌溉下的蒸腾速率均低于清水灌溉,其余植物则相反;菖蒲、草地早熟禾和黑麦草在中水灌溉下胞间CO2浓度比清水灌溉高,其余植物则相反;蓝花满天星的气孔导度在中水灌溉下均比清水灌溉低,菖蒲、红叶石楠、假连翘则相反;与清水灌溉相比,除草地早熟禾和黑麦草的净光合速率在中水灌溉下较低之外,其余植物均较高。说明利用中水灌溉短期内是可以促进绿地植物生长发育的,但对不同植物的促进作用有差异。

     

    Abstract: The photosynthesis relevant indices of 8 ornamental plant species were measured with LI-6400 photosynthesis system after having been irrigated with fresh water, fresh + reclaimed water, and reclaimed water. The 8 species experimented included Poa pretensis, Lolium perenne, Gypsophila sp., Ligustrum vicaryi, Duranta repens, Photinia serrulata, Lorpetalum chindense var. rubrum and Acorus calamus. The results showed that there were some differences in the photosynthetic indices among different plant species after irrigation with different water sources. The results showed that the transpiration rate of Ligustrum vicaryi, Poa pretensis and Lolium perenne irrigated by reclaimed water was lower than that of irrigated by clean water, but the result was reversed to the rest 5 species. The intercellular CO2 concentration measured from Acorus calamus, Poa pretensis and Lolium perenne irrigated by reclaimed water was higher than that of irrigated by clean water, and the result was reversed to the rest 5 species. The stomatal conductance of Gypsophila sp. irrigated by reclaimed water was lower than that of irrigated by clean water, but the result was reversed to Acorus calamus, Photinia serrulata and Duranta repens. The net photosynthesis rate of Poa pretensis and Lolium perenne irrigated by reclaimed water was lower than that of irrigated by clean water, and the result was reversed to the rest 6 species. All the above results illustrated that the short term irrigation with reclaimed water might promote growth and development of some greenspace plant species, and there were differences in the promotion effect among different species.
