生根剂处理对红缨海棠嫩枝扦插生根的影响

Effect of Plant Growth Regulator Treatment on Rooting of Malus‘Hongying’ Softwood Cuttage Propagation

  • 摘要: 以2年生母树上当年生半木质化嫩枝为材料,采用L934正交试验设计,研究吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)及其组合对红缨海棠嫩枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明:红缨海棠嫩枝扦插生根类型为愈伤组织生根型;生根剂处理可以显著促进插穗生根,萘乙酸(NAA)对插穗生根的促进作用明显优于吲哚丁酸(IBA),且插穗生根质量较好;用1000mg/LNAA 溶液浸蘸插穗5s,生根率可达70%。

     

    Abstract: Taking semilignified cuttings obtained from 2yearold maternal trees of Malus ‘Hongying’ as experiment materials, the effect of different plant growth regulators including IBA, NAA, and IBA+NAA on the rooting was studied by using uniform orthogonal design L9 34. The results showed that the rooting type of Malus ‘Hongying’ tender cuttings mainly belonged to callus rooting, the treatment by plant growth regulators could significantly increase the rooting rate of the semilignified cuttings. The rooting promotion effect of NAA was better than IBA. The rooting rate reached 70 % when the semilignified cuttings were soaked by 1000 mg/L NAA for 5s.
