决定植物花色的分子机制与遗传调控

Molecular Basis and Genetic Regulation of Plant Flower Color

  • 摘要: 植物花色是决定植物观赏价值的关键表型特征。以郁金香的相关研究为例,介绍决定花色的相关分子机理;论述花色遗传调控的研究进展,花色调控不仅有组织特异性,甚至能在细胞水平上特异表达;提出应进一步开展花色遗传调控方面的相关研究,以促进花卉育种的研究进程。

     

    Abstract: The color of plant is one of the key phenotypic characteristics to determine the ornamental value for horticultural plants. Taking the study results of Tulipa flower pigmentation as examples, the molecular mechanism related to flower color determination was introduced, and the research advances in genetic regulation for flower pigmentation were elaborated. It was proven that flower color regulation is not only tissue specific, but also even cell specific. It was proposed to further the studies relevant to genetic determination and regulation mechanisms for flower pigmentation in order to accelerate the progress for breeding the desirable flower varieties.
