小果油茶叶表型性状变异特征研究

Study on Variation Characteristics of Camellia meiocarpa Leaf Phenotype Traits

  • 摘要: 在小果油茶全分布区内,选择有代表性的18个居群,分析其叶表型性状变异状况,结果表明:小果油茶的居群内及居群间均存在广泛的遗传变异,且稳定性程度较差;小果油茶叶面积、叶周长、叶长及叶宽4个性状指标间均有极显著的相关关系,叶厚与叶周长、叶宽及叶柄长相关关系显著,其他叶片性状间相关性则不显著。影响小果油茶叶表型性状各个指标变异的生态因子以无霜期、7月降雨量、8月降雨量、极端最高温及全年日照时数为主,其中全年日照时数是影响种实和叶表型性状的共同生态因子,而与生态因子相关的主要性状指标为叶面积、叶周长、叶长、叶宽及叶形状系数;在地理趋势面分析中,只有叶形状系数与地理变异间有明显的相关性;从小果油茶不同居群叶表型性状聚类分析结果看,在欧氏平均距离401处可较明显地将18个居群分为3大类群,总体上没有出现明显的地理区域特征。

     

    Abstract: The leaf phenotype variation of Camellia meiocarpa was analyzed by selecting 18 geographic populations within the broad distribution area of the species. The results showed that there was widely genetic variation either inside or among the geographic populations and the stability of leaf phenotype was pretty lower. There were extremely significant correlations among the indexes of leaf area, leaf perimeter, the length and width of Camellia meiocarpa leaves. There were significant correlations among the leaf thickness, leaf perimeter, leaf width and petiole length, and there were no significant correlations among other leaf trait indexes. The study showed that the major ecological factors which influenced leaf phenotype variation of Camellia meiocarpa were frostfree period, rainfall in July and August, the maximum temperature, and the yearly solar radiation hours. Among which, the yearly solar radiation time factor influenced on both the fruiting and leaf phenotype traits. The main leaf traits which were related to ecological factors were leaf area, leaf perimeter, the length, width and shape factor of the leaves. The Binary Tendency Surface Analysis showed that only leaf shape factor was significantly correlated with geographical variation. The clustering analysis on the leaf phenotype traits of Camellia meiocarpa showed that the 18 geographic populations could be obviously divided into 3 groups at 4.01 of UPGMA euclidean distance, which generally did not show obvious geographic regional feature among the populations.
