基于布谷鸟搜索的地位指数曲线模型参数拟合

Fitting Parameters of Site Index Curve Model Based on Cuckoo Search

  • 摘要: 针对地位指数曲线模型的实用性和精度程度,以残差平方和为目标函数,应用布谷鸟搜索算法拟合模型参数。通过实例以及与粒子群和免疫算法对比分析,基于布谷鸟搜索算法模型拟合的参数使模型的总体误差更小,精度更高;布谷鸟搜索算法的简单性方便地位指数曲线模型的参数求解,从而提高模型的实用性。

     

    Abstract: Taking the sum of squared residuals as the objective function, the cuckoo search algorithm was applied to fit parameters for the site index curve model according to the practicability and the accuracy requirement. The comparative analyses of the realistic examples with the particle swarm optimization algorithm and the immune algorithm showed that the parameters which were fitted by cuckoo search algorithm made the overall errors of the model smaller with higher precision. It was also showed that the simplicity of cuckoo search algorithm made it easier to fit parameters for the site index curve model, so as to improve the practicability of the model.
