滇杨落叶期侧芽内源激素含量与分枝特性的关系

Relationship Between Endogenous Hormone Contents of Lateral Buds During Defoliation Period and Branching Characteristics of Populus yunnanensis

  • 摘要: 以滇杨优树无性系1年生和3年生苗为材料,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定落叶期苗主干侧芽脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)和玉米素(ZR)的含量,研究内源激素含量及其比值与母树分枝特性(分枝角度、侧枝数量、侧枝粗度)之间的关系。结果表明:在落叶期,1年生和3年生苗侧芽ABA含量均显著高于IAA和ZR,且优树无性系间内源激素含量差异达极显著水平,但1年生苗侧芽的3种内源激素变异系数比较接近。相关性分析和聚类分析结果显示,落叶期侧芽内源激素含量及其比值与母树分枝特性之间不存在直接的相关性。

     

    Abstract: Taking 1a and 3a saplings of the plus tree clones of Populus yunnanensis as experiment materials, the correlations among the endogenous hormones contents and the ratios among the endogenous hormones and the branching characteristics (such as the clear bole height, branching angle, number of lateral branches and the diameter of the lateral branches) were studied by measuring the contents of ABA, IAA and ZR in the lateral buds during defoliation period with ELISA method. The results showed that during defoliation period, the ABA content in both of the 1a and 3a saplings was significantly higher than the IAA and ZR contents, and there were extremely significant differences in the endogenous hormones contents among the plus tree clones. However, the variation coefficient of the three types of endogenous hormone contents measured in the lateral buds of either 1a or 3a saplings was similar. The correlation analysis and cluster analysis indicated that there were no direct correlations among the endogenous hormones contents and the content ratios of the 3 types of hormones and the branching characteristics of the P. yunnanensis plus tree clones during the defoliation period of time.
