樟叶越桔(原变种)新鲜叶芽挥发性成分的GCMS分析

GC-MS Analysis of Volatile Components from Fresh Leaf-buds of Vaccinium dunalianum var.dunalianum

  • 摘要: 采用水蒸气蒸馏法结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对樟叶越桔(原变种)新鲜叶芽的挥发性成分进行分析。共分离出44种挥发性成分,鉴定其中27种成分的组成,包括8种醇类、5种烷烃类、5种酯类、3种烯烃类、2种酸类、2种醛类、1种酮类及1种吡喃类。其中二甲基十氢化萘的含量最高(47035%),其他含量较高的有芳樟醇(3185%)、3,7-二甲基-1,5,7-辛三烯-3-醇(1398%)和苯乙醛(1034%)。

     

    Abstract: The volatile components from the fresh leaf buds of Vaccinium dunalianum var. dunalianum were extracted by steam distillation extraction, and analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC MS). 27 components out of the 44 volatiles extracted were identified, which included 8 alcohols, 5 alkanes, 5 esters, 3 olefins, 2 acids, 2 aldehydes, 1 ketone, and 1 pyran. Among which the content of decahydro dimethylnaphthalene was the highest, reaching 47035%, and the other major compounds were linalool (3185%), 3,7 dimethyl 1,5,7 octatrien 3 ol (1398%), and benzene acetaldehyde (1034%).
