不同处理工艺防腐竹材的吸药性能和抗流失性能

Absorption Property and Leaching Resistance of Bamboo Material with Different Preservative Treatments

  • 摘要: 利用羽毛蛋白制备螯合蛋白铵铜硼盐防腐剂,并在不同条件下对竹材进行防腐处理,比较不同处理工艺对防腐竹材吸药性能和抗流失性能的影响。结果表明:预处理条件、防腐处理压力对竹材的吸药性能均有显著影响,经过冷等离子预处理在真空条件下竹材的吸药性能达到了最高水平;而预处理条件、防腐剂浓度和防腐处理压力对防腐竹材的抗流失性能均没有显著影响。

     

    Abstract: The influence of different preservation treatments on the absorption property and leaching resistance of the preservative bamboo materials prepared with different preservation technology was comparatively studied. The results showed that the pretreatment conditions and the pressure of the preservative treatments had significant influences on the preservative absorption property of bamboo materials, and the absorption property reached the best level under the cold plasma pretreatment under vacuum conditions. But the pretreatment conditions, the preservative concentration and the pressure of the preservative treatments did not significantly influence on the leaching resistance of the preservative bamboo materials.
