氮磷水平对中美山杨幼苗碳氮积累与分配的影响

Effect of N and P Supply Levels on C and N Accumulation and Distribution in Populus davidiana×P. tremuloides Seedlings

  • 摘要: 在温室条件下以中美山杨幼苗为试材进行砂培试验,探讨4种不同氮素浓度处理(1、4、8、16 mmol/L)和4种不同磷素浓度处理(0.125、0.500、1.000、2.000 mmol/L)下幼苗根、茎、叶的生物量、光合作用以及碳氮积累和分配。结果表明:不同供氮水平对幼苗各器官干生物量、叶绿素含量、光合速率以及碳氮积累的影响不同;地上部分生物量在正常供氮条件下达最大,地下生物量则在氮素浓度4 mmol/L时达最大;而不同磷浓度处理下幼苗地上和总生物量均在1.000 mmol/L时最大。氮浓度从1 mmol/L增加到16 mmol/L时,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b以及类胡萝素含量均呈增加趋势,但不同供磷水平与4个指标的相关性不大。高氮条件更有利于幼苗地下部分碳氮的积累,而茎和叶则是在适量供氮下最大。不同磷浓度处理对幼苗的碳氮积累影响不大。

     

    Abstract: The biomasses of root system, stem and leaves, the photosynthesis, the carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) accumulation and distribution of Populus davidiana × P. tremuloides seedlings under 4 different N and 4 phosphorus (P) nutrition levels were studied by sand culture in greenhouse. The results showed that the dry biomasses of different organs, the chlorophyll content, the photosynthesis rate and C and N accumulation were all influenced by N levels. The aboveground biomass was the highest under middle level of N nutrition supply ( 8 mmol/L), while the biomass of root system was the highest under lower N level (4 mmol/L). Both of the highest total biomass and the highest aboveground biomass were obtained at the intermediate P level (1.000 mmol/L). The contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll (a+b) and carotenoid content all increased along with the N concentration varied from the lowest level (1 mmol/L) to the highest level (16 mmol/L). But the four indexes were not significantly correlated with different P concentrations. In general, higher N level was more beneficial to the C and N accumulation of root system. But the C and N accumulation in the stem and leaves reached the highest at the intermediate N level. The different P level did not affect much on the C and N accumulation in the seedlings.
