油茶无性系不同生长时期光合特性研究

Photosynthetic Characteristics of Camellia oleifera Clones at Different Growth Phases

  • 摘要: 在油茶的不同生长时期,即新梢生长期、果实生长期、果实成熟期、花期、休眠期,选取产量不同的3个油茶无性系XL67、XL1和CK进行光合特性研究。结果表明: 3个油茶无性系的净光合速率(Pn)日变化曲线存在单峰和双峰2种类型,无性系间净光合速率的差异显著,XL67明显高于XL1和CK;3个无性系的蒸腾速率以果实生长期最高,休眠期最低;XL67、XL1与CK的平均光补偿点分别为51.4、52.0、51.8μmol/(m2·s),平均光饱和点分别为570、552、521μmol/(m2·s);气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度是影响3个油茶无性系净光合速率的主要生理生态因子,XL1与CK受光照强度的影响较大。

     

    Abstract: The photosynthetic characteristics of three Camellia oleifera clones, i.e., XL67, XL1, and CK at different annual growth phases including the new shoot growing stage, fruit developing stage, fruit maturing stage, flowering stage,and dormant stage were studied. The results showed that there were two types of Pn diurnal variation curves of C. oleifera clones with single peak and double peaks respectively. There was significant differences in Pn among the three clones, that the Pn value of XL67 was significantly higher than that of XL1 and CK. It was showed that the highest transpiration rate of the three clones occurred at the fruit growth stage, while the lowest transpiration rate happened at the dormant stage. The average light compensation point of XL67, XL1, CK was 51.4 μmol/(m2·s), 52 μmol/(m2·s), and 51.8 μmol/(m2·s). The average light saturation point of XL67, XL1, CK was 570 μmol/(m2·s), 552 μmol/(m2·s), and 521 μmol/(m2·s), respectively. The study showed that stomatal conductivity and Ci were the major physioecological factors which influenced on Pn of XL67, XL1 and CK, among which the Pn index of XL1 and CK was mainly influenced by PAR.
