马尾松防腐胶合板制造工艺的优化

Optimization of Manufacturing Technology for Preserved Pinus massoniana Plywood

  • 摘要: 采用硼酸、乙二醛、丙三醇复配作防腐剂,酚醛树脂作胶黏剂,以防腐液中乙二醛的质量浓度、干燥温度、干燥时间为自变量,防腐胶合板胶合强度和硼保持率为响应值,用响应面法优化马尾松防腐胶合板的制造工艺,得出胶合强度和硼保持率的拟合方程。对2个方程联合求解,得出防腐胶合板的最佳工艺参数:防腐液乙二醛的质量浓度2%,干燥温度70 ℃,干燥时间5h;在此优化工艺条件下实际测得防腐胶合板平均胶合强度为1.42MPa,平均硼保持率为4552%,与预测值相近,说明响应面法优化得到的防腐胶合板制造工艺能为实际生产提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: The response surface methodology (RSM) was adopted to optimize the manufacturing technology of preserved Pinus massoniana plywood by taking phenolic resin as adhesive and taking the blends of boric acid, glyoxal, glycerol and water as preservatives, respectively. The experiments were conducted by applying the weight content of glyoxal in the preservatives, the drying temperature and drying time duration as variables, and by taking the bonding strength (Y1) of the preserved P. massoniana plywood and the retention rate of boron (Y2) as response variables, and then the formulas for Y1 and Y2 were built. The optimum technology parameters for the preserved P. massoniana plywood manufacture were obtained that 2.00% as the weight content of glyoxal in the preservatives, 70 ℃ as the drying temperature,and 5 hrs as the drying time duration. The values of Y1 and Y2 of the plywood manufactured with the optimized technology was 1.42 MPa and 4552% respectively, which were close to the predicted values. The results indicated that the manufacturing technology for preserved P. massoniana plywood optimized by RSM could provide the production with theoretical reference.
