Analysis on Chemical Constituents of Chloranthus elatior

  • 摘要: 为进一步研究鱼子兰全株的化学成分,利用柱色谱方法对其进行分离纯化,根据光谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果共从中分离鉴定出6种化合物,分别为2-甲氧基-3,4-亚甲二氧基苯甲醛(Ⅰ),阿魏醛(Ⅱ),表松脂酚(Ⅲ), 4′,5,7 -三甲氧基黄酮醇(Ⅳ), flavokawain A (Ⅴ),5-羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(Ⅵ)。

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Chloranthus elatior plant were analyzed by means of chromatographic techniques and the chemical structure of these components was identified by spectral data and physicochemical properties of the constituents. Six compounds including 2- methoxy-3, 4-methylenedioxybenzaldehyde (Ⅰ), coniferylaldehyde (Ⅱ), epipinoresinol (Ⅲ), 4′,5,7-trimethoxyflavonol (Ⅳ), flavokawain A (Ⅴ), and 5-hydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavanone (Ⅵ) were isolated from the plant species and identified by this study.
