玻璃纤维对灌木重组木物理力学性能的影响

Effect of Glass Fiber on Physical and Mechanical Properties of Shrub Scrimber

  • 摘要: 通过探讨玻璃纤维对灌木重组木的增强效果,考察玻璃纤维形态、纤维铺装方式、纤维浸胶种类3个因素对灌木重组木物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃纤维对灌木重组木的物理力学性能起到了增强作用;利用快速傅立叶变换(FFT)无损检测方法检测材料的动态力学性能,通过其与静态力学性能的回归分析,验证无损检测方法用于灌木重组木性能预测的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The effects of glass fiber morphology, fiber pavement pattern and resin types on the physical and mechanical properties of shrub Scrimber were experimented through exploring the reinforcement effect of glass fiber on the shrub Scrimber. The results showed that the glass fiber had a reinforcing effect on mechanical properties of shrub Scrimber. The Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method was adopted to measure the dynamic mechanical properties of shrub Scimber. The reliability of the nondestructive testing methods to predict properties of the shrub Scrimber were verified with the regression analysis between the static mechanical and the dynamic properties.
