Nondestructive Testing of Wood/Bamboo Plywood for Concrete Model Based on Fast Fourier Transform

  • 摘要: 利用快速傅里叶变换分析检测法与静态弯曲试验对木(竹)混凝土模板的动态弹性模量和静态弹性模量、静曲强度进行测定,对试验结果进行相关性分析和回归分析得出:木(竹)混凝土模板的动态弹性模量与静态弹性模量、静曲强度之间均存在密切的线性相关性,均可使用动态弹性模量对静态弹性模量、静曲强度进行预测,即可使用快速傅里叶变换分析检测法对木(竹)混凝土模板进行无损检测。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic MOE (modulus of elastic), the static MOE and MOR (static bending strength or modulus of rupture) of wood / bamboo plywood concrete model were measured with FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) analysis method and the static bending tests. Then the correlation and regression analyses were conducted on the dynamic and static properties. The results showed that the dynamic MOE was significantly correlated with the static MOE and MOR of the wood/bamboo plywood concrete model, indicating that the static MOE and MOR of the wood/bamboo plywood concrete model could be predicted by the dynamic MOE. Nondestructive testing of the wood/ bamboo plywood concrete model could be conducted with FFT analysis method.
