Static Bending Creep of Solid Wood Beam Under Different Moisture Conditions

  • 摘要: 不同含水状态下的杨木实木梁蠕变试验结果表明:与恒湿蠕变行为和结果仅受均恒含水量影响所不同的是,变湿蠕变的主要动因在于含水梯度差及其动态变化;吸湿蠕变产生的“回复”实质上应该是负挠度。同时发现:变湿蠕变挠度主要发生在含水梯度差最大和急速变化的变湿初期;吸湿蠕变产生的并不全是负挠度。变湿蠕变行为和结果及其与恒湿蠕变之间的显著差异应该得到实木梁设计、制造、使用者和标准制订者的足够重视。

     

    Abstract: Consequences from the experiments of the creep of the solid wood beam of poplar in different moisture conditions stressed that, unlike the behavior of and result from the creep in constant humidity which was affected only by the uniform moisture content, the principle dynamics of the creep in varying humidity was the moisture gradient which was changing. It was pointed out that the creep “recovery” during the adsorption was the negative deflection in truth. Meanwhile it was found out that most of the deflection of the creep in varying humidity happened in the initial varying stage when the moisture gradient was maximum and sharply changing; and the creep deflection during adsorption was not always negative. Sufficient attention should be paid by the designers, manufacturers, users and code makers for solid wood beam to the behavior and result of the creep in varying humidity and its sound difference from that in constant humidity.
