不同光照强度下红锥幼苗叶绿素荧光参数的季节变化

Seasonal Variations in Chlorophyll Fluorescence of Castanopsis hystrix Seedlings Under Different Light Intensities

  • 摘要: 测定全光照,全光照的80%、30%和20%光照强度下,2年生红锥幼苗叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光参数的季节变化,探讨红锥幼苗生长对光强的适应性。结果表明:低光强下(30%和20%光强)的红锥叶绿素荧光参数Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo和φ PSⅡ值均明显高于相同时间段高光强下(全光照和80%光强)的对应值;同一光照强度下的Fo值,与光照和温度存在相似的变化趋势,1、2月变化最大,其他月份变化比较平缓;Fm、Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值在6—8月份呈波动式下降趋势,说明该季节的光照和温度对红锥幼苗光合作用有一定的负效应;遮荫条件下的红锥幼苗叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素含量均上升,且与全光照条件下差异显著,30%光强下含量最高;类胡萝卜素含量随光强降低,稍下降后呈上升趋势,20%光强下最高,与全光照下差异显著。南宁地区红锥幼苗进行适当遮荫或让其在林下生长是有利的。

     

    Abstract: The seasonal variations in chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence of twoyearold Castanopsis hystrix were investigated under 100%, 80%, 30% and 20% of full light intensity to study the adaptability of C. hystrix seedlings to light condition. The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fo, Fm, Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo and φPS II measured under low light intensity (20%, 30% of the full light) were significantly higher than those corresponding values measured simultaneously under higher light intensity (fullexposure and 80% of the full light). The seasonal variation of Fo value under the same light intensity showed the similar change trend to the temperature variation in different seasons, i.e., the Fo value changed rapidly in January and February, but it changed gently in other months. The values of Fm, Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo parameters declined wavily during June, July and August, suggesting that the intense sunshine and high temperature laid somewhat negative effect on the photosynthesis of C. hystrix seedlings. The chlorophyll contents (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll) were all increased under the shaded condition, which significantly differed from that of under the full light exposure condition (p<005), the highest cholorophyll contents were observed under 30% of the full light. The content of carotenoids was reduced with the decrease of light intensity at the initial stage, then it was increased gradually to the highest level under 20% of the full light (p<005 comparing with full exposure). It was concluded that the appropriate shading or growing C. hystrix seedlings understorey of the forest in Nanning area would be beneficial to the seedling growth and development.
