Abstract:
The urban ecological environment has been more and more severely endangered along with the rapid development of urbanization in our country. In order to promote the sustainable development of cities, building the ecological network of urban greenspace and maintaining the stability of urban ecosystem have become the focuses of multidisciplinary research. Rivers are the core space structure of the urban greenspace ecological network, the open space is the foundation of the greenspace ecological network,and research on the relationship between the rivers and open space would be of great significance for the construction of urban greenspace ecological network. Taking Nanyang City as an example, the building approach of urban greenspace ecological network coupling the rivers with open space was put forward based on the coupling relationship between the rivers and open space and by integrating the analyses on the connotation, function mechanism and the evaluation index of urban greenspace ecological network.
