Abstract:
Lily bulbs ‘Siberia’, ‘Sorbonne’, ‘Conca D′ or’were planted in the plastic box with peat moss, and then treated with 10℃, 12℃and 14℃ for inducing root and budding. Some bulbs were placed in greenhouse for control. After 14 days, fresh weight, length of buds, number of stemroots, rooting rates, diameter of buds were measured for analysis. The results showed that stemroots and buds formation of all three varieties bulbs after treated 14 days under 12℃ were the best, and had high uniformity.
