温度对百合种球催芽生根的影响

Effects of Temperature on Root Forcing and Budding Treatment of Lily Bulbs

  • 摘要: 以‘西伯利亚’、‘索邦’和‘木门’3个百合品种种球为试验材料,采用泥炭为基质进行箱栽,种植后把种球置于10 ℃、12 ℃和14 ℃的低温冷库中进行催芽生根处理,以直接栽培于大棚条件下的种球为对照,处理14d后,测定各处理组的种球鲜质量变化、芽长、茎生根数量、生根率和芽粗。结果表明,12℃下处理‘西伯利亚’、‘索邦’和‘木门’种球种植14d的生根效果最好,可显著促进茎生根的发生和芽的生长,且整齐度较好。

     

    Abstract: Lily bulbs ‘Siberia’, ‘Sorbonne’, ‘Conca D′ or’were planted in the plastic box with peat moss, and then treated with 10℃, 12℃and 14℃ for inducing root and budding. Some bulbs were placed in greenhouse for control. After 14 days, fresh weight, length of buds, number of stemroots, rooting rates, diameter of buds were measured for analysis. The results showed that stemroots and buds formation of all three varieties bulbs after treated 14 days under 12℃ were the best, and had high uniformity.
