不同因素对耐盐竹柳单板层积材性能的影响

  • 摘要: 对速生耐盐竹柳制造的单板层积材的可行性进行研究,分析了热压温度、热压时间及涂胶量对竹柳LVL物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,速生耐盐竹柳制造LVL是可行的;随着热压温度的升高,竹柳LVL的力学性能有所提高,当温度达到150℃时,板材在垂直加载条件下的弹性模量(MOE⊥)、静曲强度(MOR⊥)和水平加载条件下的弹性模量(MOE∥)、静曲强度(MOR∥)开始下降,24h吸水厚度膨胀率(TS)则随热压温度的增高而增加,变化范围为505%~592%;当热压时间为10min/mm,竹柳LVL板材的MOE⊥、MOR⊥和MOE∥、MOR∥值达到最大,分别为5 13513 、6994 MPa和575957、6954MPa,TS随热压时间延长呈现先增大后减小的趋势,变化幅度不是很大;随涂胶量的增加,竹柳LVL的MOE⊥、MOR⊥和MOE∥、MOR∥均有不同程度的提高,在涂胶量为280g/m2时,MOE⊥和MOR⊥达到最大,而MOE∥和MOR∥则在涂胶量为240g/m2时达到最大,TS当涂胶量为240g/m2时最小。在试验研究范围内,建议工艺条件为,热压温度135℃,热压时间10min/mm;单面涂胶量240g/m2。

     

    Abstract: The feasibility study of laminated veneer lumber(LVL)manufacturing from Salix discolor was discussed in this research, analyzing the effects of hotpressing temperature, hotpressing time and glue spread amount on the physicalmechanical properties of Salix discolor LVL. The results showed that the manufacturing of Salix discolor LVL is feasible. Along with the increment of the hotpressing temperature, the mechanical properties of Salix discolor LVL were improved, but when the temperature reached 150 ℃, the MOE⊥, MOR⊥ and MOE∥, MOR∥ began to decrease. TS was increased correspondingly as the hotpressing temperature increases, changed in the range of 505%-592%. When the hotpressing time was 10 min/mm, the MOE⊥, MOR⊥ and MOE∥, MOR∥ of Salix discolor LVL reached to a maximum,with the value of 513513MPa, 6994 MPa and 575957MPa, 6954 MPa, respectively. As the extension of hotpressing time, TS showed a trend of the first increase and then decrease, but the range of change was not large. With the increase of glue spread amount,the MOE⊥, MOR⊥ and MOE∥, MOR∥ of Salix discolor LVL had different degrees of increase,glue spread amount 280g/m2, MOE⊥ and MOR⊥ reached a maximum, while glue spread amount was 240g/m2, MOE∥, MOR∥ reached the maximum and TS had a minimum value. In the range of experimental study, the proposed technological parameters were: hotpressing temperature 135 ℃, hotpressing time 10min/mm, glue spread amount 240g/m2.
