大花序桉种源遗传变异及适应性研究

Study on the Variation and Adaptability in Provenance of Eucalyptus cloziana

  • 摘要: 以广西玉林和钦州2个试验点的55年生大花序桉种源试验林为研究材料,分析大花序桉不同种源间的生长性状差异,并进行种源适应性评价。结果表明,大花序桉不同种源在玉林试验点的生长比在钦州试验点的快,树高、胸径、单株材积平均值分别比钦州试验点的高11%,18%和45%;玉林和钦州2个试验点的树高、胸径、单株材积在试验点间、种源间、区组间差异极显著,胸径和单株材积的种源与地点互作效应差异达显著水平,树高的种源与地点互作效应差异未达显著水平;根据丰产性和稳定性参数,把18个种源划分为4种类型

     

    Abstract: 55 yearold Eucalyptus cloziana of provenance trail in Yulin and Qinzhou locations as the researched material, analyzed the growths variance of different provenances, and evaluated the adaptability of provenance. The results showed that: all provenances planted in Yulin showed a better growth than that in Qinlian, which the average values of height、DBH and tree volume were 11%, 18% and 45% higher than that in Qinlian. In addition, both in Yulin and Qinlian, the differences of height, BHD and volume among provenances, locations and groups were significant. For DBH and single tree volume, the interaction effect of provenance × site had significant difference, but for height, it had no significant differences. Moreover, according to yield and stability parameters, the 18 provenances were divided into four types, which were important guiding significance for matching species with the site of Eucalyptus cloziana.
