Abstract:
This paper took Vernicia montana seedlings as research objects, and compared with nutrient elements in different disposing methods through field experiments and analyses in door. The results showed that: After soaking of V. montana seeds, P, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn content of all the tissues were increased, and the N, K, Ca, Fe, Al, S nutrient content showed a trend of decrease. Among of them, the rate of change of P, K, Mg, Cu, Zn was more than 10%. The major nutrient elements such as C, N, P, and K showed wide change range. Seed soaking or not, N and P content decreased first and then increased, while K content showed a different trend, which was increased first and then decreased.
