浸种处理下千年桐种子及幼苗营养元素含量变化规律研究

Researching on the Nutrition Element Content Changes of Vernicia montana Seed and Seedling in Seed Soaking Times

  • 摘要: 以千年桐幼苗为研究对象,通过田间试验、室内分析及统计软件等方法,对不同处理方式下营养元素特征进行研究,结果表明,浸种后千年桐各构件P、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn等养分含量呈增加趋势,而N、K、Ca、Fe、Al、S等养分含量呈减少趋势,其中P、K、Mg、Cu、Zn的变化率均超过了10%;各主要元素随季节动态变化幅度大,浸种与未浸种各构件N、P含量基本表现出先降后升的趋势,而K含量则基本表现出先升后降的趋势

     

    Abstract: This paper took Vernicia montana seedlings as research objects, and compared with nutrient elements in different disposing methods through field experiments and analyses in door. The results showed that: After soaking of V. montana seeds, P, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn content of all the tissues were increased, and the N, K, Ca, Fe, Al, S nutrient content showed a trend of decrease. Among of them, the rate of change of P, K, Mg, Cu, Zn was more than 10%. The major nutrient elements such as C, N, P, and K showed wide change range. Seed soaking or not, N and P content decreased first and then increased, while K content showed a different trend, which was increased first and then decreased.
