淀粉处理方法对淀粉-木质复合材料性能的影响

Effect of Starch Processing Method on the Properties of Starch/Wood Composite Materials

  • 摘要: 采用烘箱、微波、紫外和甘油处理对原淀粉进行改性,通过聚氨酯交联剂将改性淀粉与木粉经模压制备复合材料。采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和热重分析仪(TGA)对复合材料进行表征,并对力学性能和吸水厚度膨胀率进行测试。结果表明,不同处理方法改性淀粉的结晶结构和颗粒结构均有一定程度的破坏,微波处理和紫外处理的淀粉-木质复合材料的拉伸强度、静曲强度和耐水性能较好。

     

    Abstract: native starch was modified by the oven, microwave, UV and glycerin treatment, and then mould pressing the modified starch and wood flour by crosslinking agent to prepare the composite materials. Starch/wood flour composites were characterized by Xray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), and the mechanical properties and water absorption properties were also tested. The experimental results showed that crystalline structure and grain structure of modified starch had a certain degree of damage. The starches processed by microwave and UV treatment of composite materials had good tensile strength, static music intensity and water resistance.
