漆酶介体体系活化木纤维制备中密度纤维板的工艺优化研究

Study on the Process Optimization of Medium Density Fiberboard Made by Laccase Mediator System

  • 摘要: 研究基于漆酶介体体系活化天然木质素制备中密度纤维板,由响应面法分析得到漆酶介体体系活化木纤维的优化工艺为,pH 50,反应温度50℃,反应时间为5500min,木纤维体积分数40%,ABTS摩尔浓度028mmol/L,香草醛摩尔浓度166mmol/L和漆酶活性6000U/mL。

     

    Abstract: A new method to manufacture woodbased panel was come up with laccase as a kind of ecofriendly enzymes. In this study, according to the laccase mediator system, wood fibers were modified to manufacture medium density fiberboard.Based on the response surface methods, the best technological parameters were confirmed that was pH 50,50℃ of treatment temperature, 55min of treatment time, 40% volume fraction of wood fiber, 028mmol/L of ABTS concentration, 166mmol/L of vanillin concentration and 60U/mL of laccase activity.
