木粉-HDPE复合材料的单板贴面效果研究

Study on Veneer Overlaid of WoodFlour/HDPE Composites

  • 摘要: 本研究在单板与木塑复合材料中间添加含有马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)的薄膜,采用热压成型工艺制备单板贴面木塑复合材料,研究不同木粉含量木塑复合材料的贴面效果。结果表明,黏结层中加入MAPE后,单板与木塑复合材料之间的黏结性能明显提高,耐热、耐水性能优良;当木塑复合材料中HDPE含量为30%、黏结层中MAPE含量为HDPE含量的2%时,贴面木塑复合材料的表面胶合强度最大,为168MPa,单板没有出现浸渍剥离现象。

     

    Abstract: In this article,a layer containing maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(MAPE)film was added in the middle of the veneers and woodplastic composites, and then prepared the veneered woodplastic Composites by hotpressing molding process.The effect of wood flour content contained in woodplastic composite on bonding strength was evaluated.The results showed that, after added MAPE, the adhesion between the veneers and woodplastic composites was obviously increased,and headresistance,and hydrolytic resistance was improved.when HDPE content was 30% in the woodplastic composites and MAPE content in the adhesive layer accounting for 2% based on HDPE in the woodplastic composites, the surface bonding strength of the composite increased to 168Mpa, and there was no stripping phenomenon after dip stripping test.
