Abstract:
In this article,a layer containing maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(MAPE)film was added in the middle of the veneers and woodplastic composites, and then prepared the veneered woodplastic Composites by hotpressing molding process. The effect of wood flour content contained in woodplastic composite on bonding strength was evaluated. The results showed that, after added MAPE, the adhesion between the veneers and woodplastic composites was obviously increased, and headresistance, and hydrolytic resistance was improved.when HDPE content was 30% in the woodplastic composites and MAPE content in the adhesive layer accounting for 2% based on HDPE in the woodplastic composites, the surface bonding strength of the composite increased to 168Mpa, and there was no stripping phenomenon after dip stripping test.
