木质素酚羟基含量提高方法研究进展

Research Progress in Increasing Phenolic Hydroxyl Content of Lignin

  • 摘要: 木质素是自然界中含量丰富的可再生资源,含有多种官能团,但因自身复杂的结构影响了其有效利用。由于酚羟基的体积小、活性大,通过提高木质素的酚羟基含量可以使其反应活性明显提高。介绍了酚化改性法、催化还原法、脱甲基化法、超声法和电化学法等提高木质素酚羟基含量方法的研究进展,阐述了每种方法的反应原理及优缺点,并对将来研究的重点提出建议。

     

    Abstract: Lignin is an abundant renewable resource in nature, which contains a variety of functional groups, but it has not been effectively utilized because of its complex structure. Phenolic hydroxyl is small and has good reactivity, so the reactivity of lignin could be obviously increased by improving the phenolic hydroxyl content. This paper mainly introduced some methods of improving lignin′s phenolic hydroxyl content, including phenolic modification, deoxidization by catalyst, demethylation, ultrasonic processing and electrochemical process, and then discribed the reaction principle, the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Finally, put forward some suggestions for future research focus.
