5种N-P阻燃剂阻燃抑烟性能的CONE分析

A Comparative Study on Fire Resistance of Poplar Treated with Five Kinds of NitrogenPhosphorus Fire Retardants by CONE Calorimetry

  • 摘要: 为进一步研究和改进N-P阻燃剂的性能,采用质量分数10%的APP、BL、MBL、GUPR以及WR等5种木材N-P阻燃剂,60 ℃真空(-05MPa)浸渍处理速生杨木,对其进行极限氧指数、烟密度以及锥形量热分析。结果表明,无机型阻燃剂APP、BL、MBL的载药率均较高,BL和MBL处理试样极限氧指数达40以上,阻燃性能良好;有机型阻燃剂GUPR的载药率最低,但其阻燃效率最高,抑烟效果最优;阻燃剂(除WR)使木材耐热性能降低,木材热解进程提前,HRR峰值出现时间推迟;复合型阻燃剂WR延缓热解进程的能力最强,碳层阻隔能力优良,但抑制热释放速率的能力较差;与BL相比,MBL处理试样燃烧总烟气释放量减少,特别是在前300s内CO释放量降低262%,燃烧反应更为缓和,整体阻燃效果提高。

     

    Abstract: In order to further study and improve the performance of N-P flame retardants, fastgrowing poplar was chosen as the object. APP, BL and MBL are inorganic fire retardants, GUPR is organic and WR is composite material. And 10% aqueous solution of them was used to impregnate poplar under the condition of 60℃ and -005MPa,then tests of Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI),Smoke Density Rating(SDR),CONE were used to characterize the flameretardant effects of the specimens. Results showed that:Drugloading rate of inorganic fire retardant was higher than other two kinds of fire retardants, the LOI of specimens treated with BL and MBL was higher than 40,shows good performance.Drugloading rate of GUPR was lowest but flame resistance and smoke suppression effect were the best.Flame retardants (except the WR) reduced the thermostability and advanced the pyrolysis process of wood while postponed the peak of HRR.Pyrolysis process of WRtreated specimens were inhibited most and blocking ability of carbon layer was excellent but the inhibition of heat release rate was poor.)Compared with samples treated with BL , the Total Smoke Production of MBL decreased, the emission of the CO reduced 262% in the first 300 s and the whole burning process alleviated.
