授粉组合对油茶籽油脂肪酸含量的影响

Effect of pollination combination on fatty acid content of Camellia oleifera seed oil

  • 摘要: 油茶是我国重要木本油料植物之一,油茶籽油的品质是衡量油茶品质的关键标准之一。通过对湖北省4个油茶主栽品种(‘长林53’、‘鄂油102’、‘华金’及‘华鑫’)开展了授粉试验,使用气相色谱仪对授粉组合的果实的茶籽油进行测定分析,研究授粉组合对油茶籽油脂肪酸含量的影响。结果表明,17个授粉组合的油酸含量78.60%~84.00%,亚油酸含量5.06%~10.27%。油酸含量较高的人工授粉组合有‘华金’ × ‘华鑫’、‘华金’ × ‘鄂油102’、‘华鑫’ × ‘鄂油102’,亚油酸含量较高的人工授粉组合有‘鄂油102’自交授粉、‘华鑫’ × ‘长林53’。主栽‘华金’,配植‘鄂油102’与‘华鑫’作为授粉品种可获得高油酸含量茶籽油;单独栽种‘鄂油102’或主栽‘华鑫’,配植‘长林53’作为授粉品种可以获得高亚油酸含量茶籽油。

     

    Abstract: Camellia oleifera is one of the important woody oil-producing plants in China. The quality of Camellia oleifera seed oil is one of the key criteria to evaluate the quality of Camellia oleifera. Pollination experiments were carried out on 4 main varieties of Camellia oleifera (Changlin 53, Eyou 102, Huajin and Huaxin) in Hubei Province. The Camellia oleifera seed oil of the harvested fruit of pollination combination was determined by gas chromatograph. The results showed that oleic acid and linoleic acid contents in the 17 pollination combinations ranged from 78.60% to 84.00% and from 5.06% to 10.27%, respectively.. The artificial pollination combinations with higher oleic acid content included 'Huajin' × 'Huaxin', 'Huajin' × 'Eyou 102', 'Huaxin' × 'Eyou 102', while the artificial pollination combinations with higher linoleic acid content included 'Eyou 102' self-pollination and 'Huaxin' × 'Changlin 53'. Planting 'Huajin' as the main variety, interplanting with 'Eyou 102' and 'Huaxin' as pollination varieties can yield Camellia oleifera seed oil with high oleic acid content; planting 'Eyou 102' alone or planting 'Huaxin' as the main variety, interplanting with 'Changlin 53' as pollination variety can yield Camellia oleifera seed oil with high linoleic acid content. The research provided a reference for fine screening of Camellia oleifera seed oil.
