桉树纯林与混交林土壤团聚体酶计量特征研究

Quantitative characteristics of soil aggregate-associated enzymes in pure Eucalyptus forest and mixed eucalyptus forest

  • 摘要: 以广西桉树纯林、桉树 × 米老排混交林和桉树 × 火力楠混交林3个不同林分类型人工林为研究对象,分析不同人工林土壤团聚体粒直径 > 2 mm、2~1 mm、1~0.25 mm、 < 0.25 mm的碳、氮、磷获取酶(β-葡萄糖苷酶、β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶、亮氨酸氨基肽酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性与计量比,探讨桉树纯林与混交林的酶计量特征与交互关系。结果表明:桉阔混交林土壤获取酶活性均高于桉树纯林,且3个林分在团聚体粒径<0.25 mm时均有最高酶活性,酶活性在大粒径团聚体(>2 mm)中较低,团聚体酶活性与酶计量特征与土壤pH、有机碳与全氮均有相关关系,且酶计量特征结果反映出3类桉树人工林土壤微生物受C、P限制较N限制更为严重,在3个林分中,混交林土壤微生物受限制程度更大。桉阔混交林可改善人工林内土壤结构,增加土壤内有机质含量与微生物活性,加大养分运输效率,有利于提升土壤酶活性,但同时会加重微生物受C、P限制。

     

    Abstract: The activities and stoichiometric ratios of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus acquisition enzymes(β-glucosidase, β-N-acetylaminoglucosidase, leucine aminopeptidase, acidic phosphatase) activities and stoichiometric ratios. The results showed that the activities of soil-acquired enzymes were higher in eucalyptus mixed forests than in eucalyptus pure forests, and all three forests had the highest enzyme activities in agglomerates < 0.25 mm in size, while the enzyme activities were lower in large-size agglomerates( > 2 mm), and that there were correlations between the enzyme activities and stoichiometric characteristics of agglomerates and the pH, organic carbon and total nitrogen of the soils. The results of zymometric characterization reflected that soil microorganisms in the three types of Eucalyptus plantations were more severely restricted by C and P than by N. Among the three forests, soil microorganisms in the mixed forests were more restricted. Mixed eucalyptus and broad forests can improve the soil structure, increase the organic matter content and microbial activity, and increase the efficiency of nutrient transportation, which is conducive to the enhancement of soil enzyme activity, but at the same time, it will aggravate the microbial limitation by C and P.
