壳聚糖改性杨木/丙烯腈−丁二烯−苯乙烯层合板性能研究
Study on the properties of chitosan-modified poplar/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) laminates

摘要: 浸渍法对杨木单板表面进行壳聚糖改性后,与丙烯腈−丁二烯−苯乙烯(ABS)薄膜组坯成型,通过热压工艺制备杨木/ABS层合板。应用X射线光电子能谱法、X射线衍射仪法、抗大肠杆菌实验等表征层合板的表面化学特性、微观形貌、力学性能、热力学性能和抗菌性能,分析不同浓度壳聚糖溶液(4、8、16 g/L)浸渍单板后的改性效果。结果表明:壳聚糖可以通过氢键分别与木质纤维素和ABS成对连接形成交联网络,且壳聚糖的添加和热成型不会显著改变层合板的晶体结构;热压时树脂熔化流动而形成的胶钉状微界面相有利于层合板结构的有效粘合与稳定;改性层合板相较于未改性层合板具有更高的力学性能,静曲强度69.14 MPa,抗拉强度43.45 MPa,胶合强度1.51 MPa;改性层合板的热降解残留量较未改性样品最高提高了2.16%;高浓度壳聚糖改性层合板对大肠杆菌的抗菌率达到61.8%。Abstract: The surface of poplar veneer was modified with chitosan by impregnation method, and then the modified poplar veneer was formed with acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) film, and the poplar /ABS laminates were prepared by hot pressing process. The surface chemical properties, micro-morphology, mechanical properties, thermodynamic properties and antibacterial properties of the laminate were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectrometry, X-ray diffractometer and anti-Escherichia coli test. The modification effect of the laminate impregnated with chitosan solution of different concentrations (4, 8, 16 g/L) was analyzed. The results show that chitosan can be paired with lignocellulose and ABS to form a cross-linked network by hydrogen bonding, and the crystal structure of the laminates is not significantly changed by addition of chitosan and thermoforming. The adhesive nail microinterface phase formed by resin melting flow during hot pressing is beneficial to the effective adhesion and stability of the laminate structure. Compared with unmodified laminates, the modified laminates have higher mechanical properties (static bending strength 69.14MPa, tensile strength 43.45MPa, bonding strength 1.51MPa). After chitosan modification, the residual amount of thermal degradation of poplar-ABS laminates increased by 2.16% compared with unmodified samples. The antibacterial rate of poplar wood-ABS laminates modified with high concentration chitosan against Escherichia coli reached 61.8%.
