不同地点黄槽竹秆箨植硅体型态差异及影响因素研究

Variation and Influencing Factors of Phytolith Morphology in Culm Sheath of Phyllostachys aureosulcata from Different Cultivation Sites

  • 摘要: 为了解不同引种栽培地黄槽竹秆箨植硅体型态差异及其影响因素,对浙江湖州、四川成都、贵州赤水3地黄槽竹秆箨进行植硅体提取,分析植硅体含量、浓度、面积、各类型植硅体占比差异,并与3地年均温度、降水、光照及土壤元素进行相关性分析。结果表明:3个地点黄槽竹秆箨植硅体类型一致,共观察到28种类型,占比最高的植硅体类型以圆台型、鞍型、线型、尖型为主,其他植硅体类型数量相对较少。3个地点黄槽竹秆箨植硅体含量贵州赤水>四川成都>浙江湖州,植硅体浓度和面积浙江湖州>四川成都>贵州赤水。植硅体的面积、浓度与年均温、光照显著正相关,与年降水量显著负相关;植硅体含量与年降水量显著正相关,与年均温、光照显著负相关;土壤的全钾、全镁和全硅元素含量与黄槽竹秆箨植硅体含量显著正相关。研究结果为丰富竹亚科植硅体型态以及探讨植硅体与环境因子之间的关系提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the variation and influencing factors of phytolith morphology in culm sheath of Phyllostachys aureosulcata from different cultivation sites, phytoliths were extracted and differences in phytoliths content, concentration, area and proportion were analyzed. The relationship between phytoliths morphology and annual average temperature, precipitation, light and soil were analyzed. The results showed that the phytolith morphotypes in Ph. aureosulcata culm sheaths from three cultivation sites were consistent, with a total of 28 morphotypes observed. The highest proportion of phytolith morphotypes were rondels, saddle, linear, and acute, while the number of other phytolith morphotypes was relatively small. Phytolith content in Ph. aureosulcata culm sheath was increased in the order of Chishui of Guizhou > Chengdu of Sichuan > Huzhou of Zhejiang. The area and concentration of phytoliths were significantly positively correlated with the annual average annual temperature and light, and negatively correlated with precipitation. Phytolith content was significantly positively correlated with annual precipitation, and negatively correlated with annual average temperature and light. The contents of total potassium, total magnesium and total silicon in soil were significantly positively correlated with phytolith content in culm sheath. This study provided a theoretical basis for enriching the phytolith morphology of gramineous bamboos and explored the relationship between phytoliths and environmental factors.
